Full Bio

Life can bring times of uncertainty, moments when change, stress, or past experiences make it hard to feel grounded and connected to yourself. I create a steady, welcoming space where you or your child can come as you are and begin exploring new ways of relating to yourself and the world with curiosity, gentleness, and hope.

I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating challenges like anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, and self-esteem struggles. For children and families, I focus on fostering emotional expression, understanding, and connection between child and parent. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s pace, identity, and goals.

My work is trauma-informed, integrative, and body-centered. I draw from CBT, EMDR, and play therapy to support insight, coping, and emotional expression, and I incorporate trauma- informed yoga principles to help regulate the nervous system and strengthen mind-body connection. Healing, to me, involves both practical tools for the present and understanding how past experiences shape how we show up today.

At the heart of my work is connection: when we feel seen, supported, and accepted, growth becomes possible. I hope to walk alongside you as you rediscover safety, build self-compassion, and move toward a more grounded, resilient, and meaningful life.
